Plastics + Art is an initiative of the Canadian Plastics Industry Association to form partnerships between Canadian artists of national significance, industry, local governments and others for developing "plastic" art projects in Canada. The first Plastics + Art sponsored project is "the Elevated Wetlands " by Noel Harding, installed by the Don River in Toronto.
